自憐(e.g.唔夠時間做)，將問題看作挑戰、突破、將消極的想法立即排除
積極 energy - 訓覺、清屋、不好陪傷心、只做不想、底線思考、多角度思考、轉移 belief, focus point、用景象去改變睇法

軟件工程師的20個常識
1，針對面向對象的設計與分析：為了讓軟件有更好的可維護性，重用性以及快速開發， 簡短的OOAD與它的SOLID原則對於每一個軟件工程師來說都是該牢記的。
2，軟件品質因素：軟件工程的好壞與軟件的品質因素是絕對關聯的。請在開發過程中深 刻的理解這一點。
3，數據結構與算法：深刻理解像數組，列表，棧，樹，圖，集合等這樣的基本數據結構 ，並在軟件開發過程的關鍵部分使用好的算法。這樣整個軟件邏輯就會很清晰了。
4，Big-O符號來標記算法複雜度：在開發過程中，請務必使用 Big-O 符號來比較兩個代 碼段或者不同算法所消耗的時間複雜度，這在開發高性能軟件項目中是非常重要的。
5，UML圖：UML圖已經是一個通用的軟件設計與分析的語言。如果你們在開發軟件的過程 中還沒有做UML圖，那麼給人的感覺就是這壓根就不是軟件工程。

●對PHP的掌握不精(很多PHP手冊都沒有看完,庫除外)。
●知識面比較窄(面對需求，除開使用 PHP 和 MySQL ，不知道其他的解決辦法)。
●PHP代碼以過程為主，認為面向對象的實現太繞，看不懂。
這些 PHPer 在遇到需要高性能，處理高並發，大量數據的項目或業務邏輯比較複雜(系統需要解決多領域業務的問題)時，缺少思路。不能分析問題的本質，技術判斷力比較差，對於問題較快能找出臨時的解決辦法，但常常在不斷臨時性的解決辦法中，系統和自己一步步走向崩潰。那怎麼提高自己呢?怎麼樣可以挑戰難度更高的系統?

●用戶訪問有什麼特點,是讀多還是寫多?是否需要讀寫分離?
●數據如何存儲?寫入速度和讀出速度如何? 數據增漲訪問速讀如何變化?
●如何使用緩存?怎麼樣考慮失效?數據的一致性怎麼保證?
高複雜性系統 的挑戰在那裏?
●能否識別業務所對應的領域?是一個還是多個?
●能否合理對業務進行抽象，在業務規則變化能以很小的代價實現?
●數據的一致性、安全性可否保證?

●重新開始學習 C 語言，雖然你在大學已經學過。這不僅是因為你可能需要寫 PHP 擴展，而且還因為，在做 C 的應用中，有一個時刻關心性能、內存控制、變量生命週期、數據結構和算法的環境;

預防抽筋
1. 跑壞姿勢易抽筋: 重心偏向前傾, 加重了小腿肌肉壓力, 導致過勞出事。
2. 大量排汗會令身體流失水分和電解質: 體內水分不足就會令血液無法輸送足夠氧氣到肌肉, 令肌肉缺氧, 亦會令肌肉突然出現不自主的收縮。
比賽當日最少要飲足八杯水, 切勿感到口乾先補水，因為口乾已經是缺水訊號; 平日練習後如果發現無意小便或者尿液呈深黃色, 即代表缺水。
伸展動作適合長跑前練習, 伸展大小腿肌肉, 減低抽筋機會。每組動作須維持十五秒或以上，左右交替重複練習五次或以上。
使用市面上大部的按摩膏, 如曼秀雷敦、撒林巴斯等軟膏, 都是有效令肌肉放鬆, 及增加血液循環, 直接令肌肉細胞內的ATP儘快回覆正常。基本是百利而無一害的。

策略性思維
所謂「策略性」，是指為長遠未來計畫，想要做到甚麼來訂定一個理想目標。至於「策略性思維」，就是因應上述的理想目標，從不同角度作全盤考慮，制定大方向，然後考量達到這目標可能採用的各種方法，當中當然要評估和分析優劣得失，從而找出最妥善有效的執行方案。
根據以上定義，可見「策略性」就是對未來的預估，而「策略性思維」，也就是思考方法和態度，提高預估的能力。至於怎樣可以培養「策略性思維」，老施有以下幾點建議：
1. 展望未來
一點談的當然是未來，不要以為埋首顧眼前的工作就是好員工，想想未來要做些甚麼、做到甚麼，才能適應和配合未來發展的需要，職途才能愈走愈遠。
2. 審時度勢
要預估未來，必須瞭解行業市場，甚至公司內部環境變化，才能推測大勢。所謂大勢，其實不隻小氣候，還有影響整體政治社會經濟甚至科技發展的大氣候。
3. 知己知彼
明白自己的定位，強項弱點，相對競爭對手哪些需要加強，哪些要避重就輕，就能百戰百勝。
4. 溫故知新
知道現在，預見未來，也得回首瞭解歷史。時刻借鏡別人成功或失敗的例子作參考個案，這也是為甚麼商學院總是不停在研究學習眾多的Business cases。

Rule 1: Life is not fair — get used to it!

Rule 4: If you think your teacher is tough, wait till you get a boss. A boss doesn’t have a tenure.

規則七：在你出生前，你的爸媽其實並不像現在這樣無趣的要命。他們之所以變成這樣乏味，是因為他們一直在付你的帳單、洗你的衣服、聽你炫耀你（以為你）在學校多酷。所以在你拯救熱帶雨林免於老一輩的寄生蟲前，先把自己房間裡的衣櫥臭蟲清一清吧！（最後寄生蟲那句其實翻的很不安，但總之整句話大概是說「立下雄心壯志」的意思吧？）
Rule 8: Your school may have done away with winners and losers, but life HAS NOT. In some schools they have abolished failing grades and they’ll give you as MANY TIMES as you want to get the right answer. This doesn’t bear the slightest resemblance to ANYTHING in real life.

忘我投入的人比充滿自信的人更勝一籌。
考慮要做什麼之前，先決定不要做什麼。
停止抱怨，擺脫小團體，時間更充裕。
當停止拼命結交朋友，人生從此變輕鬆。
遠離常說先保留意見的人。
遲來的決定，再正確也枉然。
背景不同，策略不同, 別人這樣做不代表你也可以。
